Q. How Much Does It Cost To Hire A Professional Cleaning Company?

A. We try to make our cleaning services as upfront and simple as we can, so we have developed a flat rate pricing system that works well and is fair for us and our clients.

 Q. I’m Not Sure I Can Afford Your Cleaning Services?

A. We offer an affordable prices tailed to the size of your home, or if you decide to become a recurring client you can get additional discounts on your home cleaning.

Payment FAQ

Q. When Am I Charged For My Cleaning?

A. We place a hold on the card on the day of your cleaning and charge your card after your cleaning has been completed. (Note: The exception is if you purchased a gift certificate your card will be charged at the time of purchase)

Q. How Can I be Assured That My Payment Information is Secure?

A. Our website service provided uses the most highly encrypted and secure software available in the industry through a secure SSL connection.

Q. What Form Of Payments Do You Accept For Your Services?

A. We accept Credit card payments only. No Checks, Cash, or Payment Options are available, and payment is due at time of services.

Q. How Many Maids Will Be At My Home?

A. We use the dual cleaner model, so every home is assigned to 2 Professional Maids.

Q. Will I Have The Same Maid Every Time?

A. We will always try to schedule the same Maid for your home each and every time. However there will be times when they are sick or unable to clean on your scheduled day and at that time we will have to assign another Maid for your home.

Q. How Do You Make Sure We Are Getting A Maid That I Can Trust?

A. We have several ways to make sure the Cleaning Technician are positive, trustworthy & awesome cleaners.

1. Our employment process is involved and thorough, requiring a great deal from our applicants. This weeds out those who don’t want to clean, early in the hiring phase.

2. We only hire highly qualified cleaners who have a great employment history & require them to have previous clients who we interview to verify the quality of the applicants work, attitude & punctuality.

3. All our Cleaning Technicians have passed a background check, as well as an additional aptitude tests to determine if they are a good fit for our AceMaid clients.

4. Our rating system filters out those who do not live up to our quality standards. After each cleaning you will be sent a simple survey. Positive survey responses can dictate a performance bonus while negative responses can result in probation and even termination.

5. Finally, we are an awesome company to work for and that attracts the best of the best!

Services FAQ

Q. Does Someone Have To Be Home For My Cleaning?

A. As long as we have access to your home no one needs to be there during your cleaning. Most one time cleaning clients leave a key hidden, the door unlocked, have a family member let us in, or grants access through a code. For recurring clients, most provide us with a key to access the home.

Q. Who Provides The Cleaning Supplies?

A. We provide all typical cleaning supplies & cleaning equipment.

Q. What Exactly Is Your 200% Guarantee?

A. If for some reason you are not happy with your cleaning service, we will re-clean the areas you feel need it. In order to take advantage of this you must let us know within 24 hours of your house cleaning. If you deny the free re-clean you will not be offered a refund.

Q. How Do I Tip My Maid?

You can tip through our booking system, however we suggest that you give any tips in cash directly to your Maid.

Q. Do You Offer Green or Eco-Friendly Cleaning?

In the science of cleaning chemicals, 100% green cleaning cannot be achieved, but we do utilize eco-friendly cleaning chemicals with our services.

Q. How Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Cleaning?

Note: If you choose to cancel your house cleaning service appointment after 5pm the day prior to your house cleaning, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you are rescheduling your house cleaning service.

Gift Certificate FAQ

Q. How can I claim my Gift Certificate?

You can redeem by scheduling online, and using your gift certificate code in the discount field on our book now page.

Q. Can I use my Gift Certificate multiple times?

Yes, We are willing to work with our clients to make sure that your certificates are used until the balance is depleted, however if more than one cleaning is required to use the amount left on the card you may be required to pay for additional time as our minimum cleaning package is $165.36.

Q. How can I tell what balance I have remaining on my Gift Certificate?

Once you have created an account from the email you received when the gift card was received you will be able to view and schedule your cleaning and/or balance from within your account.

Q. Are my Gift Certificates refundable, or transferable?

Due to the nature of gift certificates we are unable to refund any gift certificates that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the purchase date, and can only be redeemed by the purchaser or the individual the gift was intended for.

Q. Do gift certificates have an expiration date?

Yes, your gift certificates are good for up to 12 month from the date of purchase, if they are not used within those 12 months you will not be able to schedule your cleaning utilizing the gift code provided.
